The ideal candidate should have experience in project management, team coordination, and effective communication with clients and builders.
Supervise and coordinate the execution of custom finish carpentry projects, ensuring high-quality standards.
Maintain direct communication with builders, designers, and clients to ensure compliance with specifications.
Manage work teams, optimizing time and resources.
Solve technical challenges on-site with efficient and precise solutions.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Experience in project management, preferably related to custom construction or finishing.
Familiarity with custom finish carpentry processes (prior experience exclusively in carpentry is not required).
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to coordinate teams and manage execution timelines.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and techniques.
Valid driver's license.
Bilingual English/Spanish not required but would be a plus
