Energized Electric is looking for the next leader in the company that will be responsible for running service calls on their own, running job sites with apprentices looking to them for leadership by example. The right candidate will have the ability to troubleshoot and run a residential remodel one day and troubleshoot an industrial facility's down piece of equipment to get them up and running the next. 

The right candidate will be excited by a changing schedule where they will do work from residential remodels or additions, to commercial new builds or TI finishes the next. 

One week you may be running service calls all week by yourself and the next you will be running a remodel job site where the home owner, the GC and your apprentice look to you for answers on the fly to keep the job moving forward.

The right candidate is expected to effectively train, lead and inspire an apprentice to become "you" someday. Showing him or her how to do what you do, teaching them how to become a leader someday as well. We believe in effective leadership by example and the right candidate will understand how important that is and will fully embrace that role as leader and teacher.

• Knowledge of National Electrical Code
• Ability to work on your own and be trusted to be doing the right thing for the company at all times
• Keep your company truck in top working order from its cleanliness on the inside and out to its scheduled maintenance being completed on time
• Ability to read and follow diagrams, schematics, and blueprints
• Effective troubleshooting skills
• Proficient in bending conduit, pulling MC cable or Romex, making up electrical panels, installing new or upgrading meter mains and load centers in both residential and commercial settings.
• Willing to work overtime
• Ability to professionally communicate with customers and contractors
• Job site tracking of labor hours and material with daily accountability
• Self starter and ability to work alone or lead a crew with equal proficiency

• ACTIVE JOURNEYMAN'S LICENSE IS REQUIRED
• STRONG organizational skills that are part of your personality from how you run a job site to how you keep your company truck
• Professional appearance
• Leadership or foreman experience preferred.
