We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized person who enjoys the feeling of being part of something special to join our team at Masterworks Frames. This administrative assistant role is essential in keeping our shop running smoothly, assisting customers, and managing tasks with many details. The ideal candidate is friendly, professional, and has a keen artistic eye for detail—especially when working with artists and framing.
Customer Service: Assist artists on the phone, greet and assist customers in selecting frames for artwork and mirrors, and initiating/maintaining relationships with Designers.
Order Management: Process and organize detailed framing and mirror orders, ensuring accuracy and production timeliness.
Administrative Tasks: Assist with payroll processing, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping.
Organization & Documentation: Maintain records of orders, calendar long term project deadlines, keep up with email communications.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail while at the same time being efficient
• 2 to 3 yrs experience in administrative or secretarial work preferred
• Familiarity with art terms, color & design, and enjoys making beautiful things
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and pivot in a busy shop environment
$17 to $20 hr depending on experience, 30+ hrs a week, highly flexible schedule.
