We are seeking a highly experienced AI System Builder & Integration Specialist to lead the development and deployment of AI-driven solutions across all aspects of our business. This individual will be responsible for identifying, designing, and implementing AI-powered systems that streamline our processes, enhance client interactions, and improve operational efficiency.

This role requires deep expertise in artificial intelligence, machine learning, automation, and system integrations. The ideal candidate will be passionate about leveraging AI to drive business transformation and have a strong background in AI-driven automation within service-based industries.

• AI Strategy & Implementation: Develop and execute a comprehensive AI strategy to integrate artificial intelligence across the entire Red Sign Real Estate ecosystem.
• Process Automation: Identify inefficiencies and implement AI-driven automation to streamline workflows, improve agent productivity, and enhance customer experiences.
• Customer Interaction Optimization: Leverage AI-driven chatbots, virtual assistants, and predictive analytics to improve client engagement and service delivery.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize machine learning models to analyze real estate trends, predict market shifts, and enhance lead generation.
• Integration & System Development: Connect AI tools with existing CRMs, marketin platforms, transaction management systems, and operational processes.
• AI Training & Deployment: Develop in-house AI models and continuously train them to enhance performance, accuracy, and business impact.
• Collaboration & Training: Work closely with leadership, agents, and administrative teams to educate and implement AI-driven solutions.
• Continuous Improvement: Monitor AI performance, collect feedback, and optimize solutions to ensure ongoing success and adaptation to industry trends.

• Proven experience in AI development, automation, and system integration
• Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI, etc.) and automation tools (Zapier, RPA, APIs, etc.)
• Strong background in natural language processing (NLP), predictive analytics, and generative AI
• Experience integrating AI with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, KW Command), marketing automation tools, and customer service platforms
• Expertise in data engineering and real estate technology tools
• Ability to analyze complex workflows and create scalable AI-driven solutions
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills with the ability to implement new technology across an organization
• Experience working with real estate or service-based businesses is a plus
