Job Description

As our Office Manager/Bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. You will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and financial tasks, supporting both our real estate management and motorsports endeavors.  

Responsibilities

Bookkeeping:

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable.
  • Process invoices and payments.
  • Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
  • Prepare financial reports and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with payroll processing.
  • Handle general ledger entries.

Office Management:

  • Maintain office supplies and equipment.
  • Answer phones and respond to emails.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements as needed.

Real Estate Support:

  • Assist with tenant communication and management.
  • Prepare and process lease agreements.
  • Maintain property records.
  • Assist with property inspections.

Motorsports Support:

  • Assist with team logistics and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain inventory of parts and equipment.
  • Support sponsorship and marketing efforts.
  • Assist with race preparation and post race reports.

General:

  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintain confidentiality.
  • Work independently and as part of a team.
  • Assist in any other office duties as assigned.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in bookkeeping and office management.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). 
  • Self motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a significant plus.
  • Interest in Real Estate and/or motorsports is a plus.
