The Title Clerk plays a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of vehicle titles, maintaining compliance with state regulations, and supporting the overall administrative functions of our dealership. • Work with other dealerships - DMV - and financial institutions
• Performs title and vehicle audits on a regular basis
• Fills in for other administrative positions as needed and directed by management
• Assists in monthly closings
• Prepares tax and title documents
• Submits all legal transfer work to the Department of Motor Vehicle
• Maintain multiple reports including Permit Logs - Titling Reports - Plating Reports - etc

• You must have a history of successful employment with excellent attendance and punctuality
• A desire to learn and grow with a great company
• A valid Driver’s License and good driving record
• Must be able to pass a drug test and criminal background check
