• Get messy and creative! Think finger painting, sensory bins, building towers, and dancing like nobody’s watching (because they are — and they’ll join in).

• Teach through play using our C4L curriculum — helping kids grow in language, math, motor skills, and big feelings.

• Be a role model in all the little moments — sharing meals, encouraging friendships, and modeling kindness.

• Build real connections with families ️ — you’re part of their village. Communicate openly, celebrate milestones, and share the daily joys.

• Keep things clean and cozy 🧼 — tidying up, sanitizing surfaces, and making sure your classroom feels like a second home.

• Team up with your coworkers 🤝 — lift each other up, jump in where needed, and keep the energy strong and supportive.
