Our Chiropractic Office is seeking someone who can fill a Full Time (33 hour per week) position as a Chiropractic Front Desk Receptionist. Our office is open for patient care Monday – Wednesday. Responsibilities include working the Front Desk of a Chiropractic Office delivering the up-most quality care to our patients. If you have a professional, friendly, willing to learn personality we’d love to have you on our team!
- Responsible for learning the ChiroTouch EHR System used in our office.
- Answers the phones and addresses all patient questions and concerns.
- Manages the practice’s schedule. Makes appointments for patients, determines when the chiropractor is available and confirms appointment to make sure patients are on time. greets patients and checks them in, confirming their insurance status, the ways in which they will pay.
- Inputs new patient information and maintains existing patient information in chart
- Help patient’s fill out all necessary forms and documents including medical insurance paperwork.
- Verifies the validity of patient’s insurances
- Collects co-pays and payments.
- Serves as a translator for Spanish speaking patients.
- Keeps the office clean and presentable
- Maintains organized files on all patients
- Participates in educational activities and staff meetings
- Responsible for writing Standard Operating Procedures of each job task performed.
- Conducts self in accordance with the 40th Street Chiropractic employee manual.
- Maintains strictest confidentiality; adheres to all HIPAA guidelines and regulations.
- Adheres to all OIG guidelines.
Bilingual – Spanish/English
U.S Citizen or U.S National (U.S. Work Visa)
Highschool diploma or GED
