Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Mill Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of experience in mill operations, a valid driver's license, and a strong ability to work in a collaborative team environment. The role requires occasional weekend work and a commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain mill equipment efficiently and safely
• Ensure the quality and consistency of materials produced
• Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues that may arise
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Perform routine maintenance on mill equipment as needed
• Be available for occasional weekend shifts

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in mill operations or a related field
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to work well with others in a team-oriented environment
• Willingness to work occasional weekends as needed
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
