Marketing / Sales Administrative Assistant to a local medical device manufacturer

Work with the Director of Marketing and Sales to sell to and present the company's products to hospital customers, distributors, and to increase customer communication through email and social media campaigns.

Be familiar with Asana, HubSpot, Google Workspace, Zoom, Windows Team, Google Workspace, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Genesis AI, Air Table database, Fishbowl, Amazon, EBay, and especially Shopify. Be available for occasion travel to hospital customers and conventions where presentations are made.

Assist with market research of new products, new customers, and new territories.
