We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate must be innovative, energetic, and be able to communicate proficiently with team members and the public. The candidate should also possess the ability to identify and analyze issues to efficiently provide a quick resolution.

• Receive incoming calls and make outbound calls.
• Assist motorists with questions or concerns regarding vehicle liability coverage.
• Analyze and update liability insurance information received via web, email, phone or mail, etc.
• Assist local DMV and law enforcement in resolving motorist complaints.
• Provide excellent customer service.

• High school diploma or equivalent GED (at least).
• A minimum of 3-4 years of customer service experience.
• Computer skills, proficiency in Word and Excel.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Great positive attitude.
• Attentiveness to details.
• Teamwork.
• Professional conduct and appearance are required
• Spanish is a plus.
