We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. Curtis Plumbing is small and family owned. We have been in business for 25 years. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and experienced administrative/bookkeeping using Quick Books.
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow.
- Maintain daily financial records, such as sales, expenses, purchases, creating invoices, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and prepare financial reports.
- Communicate effectively with our team, suppliers, and general contractors to ensure projects run smoothly. The office manager is the bridge in communication between our plumbers and the contractors we work with. Making sure our team has the information they need to be set up for success.
- Experience in an accounting, administrative or office management role.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Familiarity with Quick Books or other accounting software
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Email, google sheets, google docs, adobe).
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in construction office management is a bonus, but not mandatory.
*This is an in-person position located in Murray, UT. (Not remote/ work from home).
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20-30 per week
