• Ensure proper sizing and layout of pipes for the required systems.

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance to ensure the plumbing systems function properly.
• Troubleshoot and repair leaks, clogs, and other plumbing issues in both water supply and drainage systems.
• Replace or repair damaged pipes, fittings, and valves.
• Ensure all plumbing work complies with local building codes and regulations, including safety standards.

System Testing and Inspection:

• Test plumbing systems for leaks and functionality.
• Perform pressure testing of water supply lines and drainage systems.

Customer Interaction:

• Communicate with clients to assess their plumbing needs, explain work to be done, and offer suggestions for improvements.
• Provide accurate cost estimates for jobs and explain the work to be performed.

Use of Tools and Equipment:

• Use hand and power tools such as pipe wrenches, pipe cutters,and soldering equipment

Safety and Compliance:

• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Keep the work area clean and organized to prevent accidents.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including materials used, time spent on tasks, and any issues encountered.
• Ensure that all completed work is properly documented for future reference or warranty purposes.

Background check, Journeyman Plumbing License and valid drivers license required.
