Job Title: Landscaper (Hardscape Design & Sprinkler Systems)

Location: Salt Lake and Summit county

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: 20/h - 22/h depending on experience

Reports To: Project manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Landscaper with experience in hardscape design and sprinkler system installation and maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. You’ll be responsible for transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful, functional environments for residential and commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Install hardscape features including patios, walkways, retaining walls, outdoor kitchens, fire pits, and other stone or concrete structures.

Install, troubleshoot, and maintain irrigation and sprinkler systems for optimal coverage and efficiency.

Read and interpret landscape plans, blueprints, and technical diagrams.

Operate a variety of landscaping and construction equipment (e.g., skid steers, trenchers, compactors).

Plant, mulch, and perform general landscaping duties as needed.

Ensure all work meets company standards and complies with safety regulations.

Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure project success.

Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and safe condition.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in landscaping with a focus on hardscape installation and sprinkler systems.

Knowledge of local codes, irrigation best practices, and proper installation techniques.

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
