Job Overview: We are looking for an innovative, tech-savvy AI Integrator who is passionate about merging artificial intelligence with creativity and strategic insight. You will be responsible for auditing our current workflows in media, creative production, research, analytics and project management, identifying and implementing AI tools that enhance efficiency and quality, and training our team to effectively utilize these technologies in their day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Audit and Assessment:
• Conduct comprehensive audits of existing processes across departments: ad creation, copywriting, video production, strategy, research, analytics, media buying, and project management.
• Identify areas where AI can improve efficiency, output quality, and strategic effectiveness.
• AI Integration:
• Research and identify industry-leading AI tools and technologies that can be integrated into our workflow to streamline operations and elevate deliverables.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop a roadmap for AI implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals and creative processes.
• Training and Support:
• Develop and deliver customized training programs to educate staff on the use of new AI tools and technologies.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to ensure seamless integration and adoption of AI solutions.
• Project Management:
• Oversee the rollout of AI tools from selection to implementation, ensuring projects are executed on time and within budget.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of AI integrations on efficiency and deliverable quality, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Innovation and Strategy:
• Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in AI technology and identify opportunities for innovation within the agency.
• Work closely with leadership to explore strategic opportunities resulting from AI integration and their potential impact on current business models.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in integrating AI tools/technologies within a creative or strategic environment, preferably within the advertising or marketing industry.
• Strong understanding of AI applications relevant to advertising, such as Runway, Suno, Canva, MidJourney, NotebookLM, Kling AI, Luma AI, Stable Diffusion, Descript, Eleven Labs, Deep Research, Adobe FireFly
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects, train teams, and facilitate change within an organization.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to diverse audiences.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the advertising industry is a plus.
