Intermountain Fuse Supply is a locally owned electrical parts distributor. We have been in business for over 35 years. The company was founded as a specialty fuse distributor but has grown and expanded significantly. Today, the company represents over 30 major brands of electrical products, with specific emphasis on industrial automation and controls. These products include variable frequency drives, motors, circuit breakers, transformers, HMI displays, PLCs, controls, terminal blocks, contactors, relays, pushbuttons, pilot devices, cooling and thermal management, enclosures and related components.

The Outside Sales position manages our relationship and promotes sales with approximately 30-40 regular customer accounts. This requires regular customer visits to manage sales in process, promote new products and follow up with customer needs. The position is supported by inside sales personnel. Laptop computer and car allowance provided.

Position is 40 hours per week with minimal overtime

Base salary position plus commissions; pay commensurate with experience, with additional sales incentives possible, regular year-end bonuses

• 3-5 Years minimum experience in the electrical industry, preferably with automation and control emphasis

• Working knowledge of electrical components; including fuses, controls, variable frequency drives, motors, enclosures, etc.

• Understanding of electrical systems and applications

• Must have positive and upbeat attitude, be willing to work hard and be self-motivated

• Experience in the water / wastewater industry is a plus

• This position works directly with customers face-to-face and over the phone; candidate must be friendly, people oriented and customer service focused
