Velocity Auto Sales is currently seeking a motivated and reliable Facilities Manager/Landscaper to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be responsible for both routine maintenance and landscaping tasks to maintain the appearance of our dealership. Pay range is $20-25/hour depending on your experience. ·     Maintain the exterior landscaping of the dealership

·     Ensure the landscaping and grounds are consistently well-maintained including sprinkler repair and weed abatement

·     Help with general lot maintenance, including snow removal, trash removal, and sweeping

·     Previous experience in lot maintenance, landscaping, or general groundskeeping 

·     Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment

·     Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

·     Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks

·     A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team

·     Valid drivers license with a clean driving record

·     Reliable and punctual - Must be 18 to apply
