Rocky Mountain, a leading artificial turf warehouse and installation company with over a decade of industry presence, is seeking a dedicated Artificial Turf Installation Specialist to join our growing team. This position involves preparing the base for artificial turf installation, executing the installation process, and ensuring the highest standards of workmanship. The role requires operating a truck and trailer, transporting materials to job sites, and working with our installation crews to complete projects efficiently. • Prepare the base for artificial turf installation, including clearing, grading, and ensuring proper drainage.
• Install artificial turf according to project specifications and industry standards, ensuring a high-quality finish.
• Drive a truck and trailer to transport materials and equipment to and from job sites.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment required for installation projects.
• Work collaboratively with installation crews, coordinating efforts to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols and company policies.
• Conduct routine maintenance on tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working order.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge related to artificial turf installation and maintenance.

• Proven experience in landscaping, construction, or a related field, with specific experience in artificial turf installation preferred.
• Familiarity with operating trucks and trailers, with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform labor-intensive tasks.
• Strong work ethic and reliability, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
