New growth and demand for our services has provided the opportunity for additional wire installers for primarily new construction at AVI Systems.

The work is similar to that of an apprentice electrician, but instead of installing outlets and light switches, AVI technicians install surround sound systems, WiFi access points, smart home devices, data ports, TV connections, internet service lines, central vacuums, and much more.

Existing experience is appreciated; however, we are excited to offer on-the-job training as well for you to become a highly-skilled technician. 

Applicants must have a clean driving record (5 years of driving experience preferred), be able to lift and carry 75 pounds, have experience with basic hands tools (including use of a tape measure, hammer, screwdriver, wire strippers, drill, etc.). We are looking for detailed-oriented, able workers, who read and follow floor plans to wire homes (and commercial sites on occasion) with exactness.

Starting wage is $18.00/hour (a higher wage may be offered for more experienced technicians). AVI offers paid holidays, paid time off, health insurance and a company-sponsored 401k retirement plan. We have a fun work environment and a great, professional team that enjoys working together.
