HealthyYOU Vending, based in Clearfield, Utah, is looking to add a full-time member to our Coaching Team. Our Coaches work closely with new healthy vending business owners, supporting them in all aspects of launching and growing their businesses.

While our manufacturer handles technical support for machine-related issues, our Coaching Team is the primary point of contact for our operators. We field general machine questions, offer guidance on setup, and—most importantly—build strong, ongoing relationships through excellent customer service and consistent follow-up.

Most of your time will be spent on the phone and via email, helping business owners:

• Develop smart business strategies
• Troubleshoot basic challenges
• Stay accountable to their goals
• Celebrate wins and adjust when needed

You’ll also play an integral role in Healthy YOUniversity (HYU)—a two-day, in-person training held monthly at our corporate office. Coaches participate in and help lead this hands-on training experience, which covers machine usage and key business topics.

The ideal candidate will be:

• Passionate about providing exceptional customer service
• Skilled in proactive follow-up and long-term relationship-building
• Comfortable working with AI computer vision and advanced technology
• Enthusiastic about learning new equipment and processes
• Calm under pressure, with strong conflict resolution skills
• Organized, detail-focused, and able to pick up where you left off after interruptions
• Mechanically inclined and confident with basic troubleshooting
• Proficient with advanced computer tools (Zoho, Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software)
• Effective in both digital and hands-on training settings
• Outgoing, personable, and energized by helping others succeed

• Full-time, salaried position: Starting at $45,000/year, with a 90-day performance review and potential salary adjustment
• Eligible for additional compensation based on machine re-orders after 6 months
