• Must have experience with trowel work (flat or vertical)
• Skilled with cementitious materials
• Background in drywall, stucco, or concrete preferred
• Efficient, reliable, and hardworking

Patch building exteriors using cementitious materials

Perform vertical trowel work efficiently

Maintain clean, precise, and consistent finishes

Follow safety procedures and job site protocols

Work as part of a crew to meet project deadlines

Communicate clearly with team leads and foremen

Take direction and give input when needed

Proven experience with trowel work (flat and/or vertical)

Background in drywall, stucco, or concrete work

Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality

Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Physically able to lift, bend, and work on lifts

Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented

Leadership potential is a plus – we're looking for future foremen
