At Troomi, we’re on a mission to help kids safely and confidently navigate technology. As part of our development team, you’ll work on innovative systems that empower families and create a controlled, educational digital experience for children. You’ll contribute to both front-end and back-end development, help shape the direction of our product, and play a key role in planning new features. Expect to be challenged and to make meaningful contributions across all levels of our tech stack.

• Oversee the full software development lifecycle—from concept and design to deployment and support.
• Collaborate with QA to ensure comprehensive testing and contribute to the development of automated test systems.
• Provide Tier 3 technical support to help resolve complex issues.
• Partner with Product Managers and Designers to shape product roadmaps and feature planning.

Required

• 10 years software development with deep expertise in modern software development methodologies and practices.
• Good understanding of the cellular phone or telecommunications industry, particularly Enterprise Device Management.
• Proven project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent logical reasoning and critical thinking abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership in a technical capacity.

Technical Proficiency

• Languages & Frameworks: Kotlin, React.js, JavaScript
• Databases: MariaDB, MongoDB, Redis
• Tools & Platforms: Android Studio, System Configuration & Management
• Data Expertise: Experience with large data storage and optimization strategies
