We’re looking for a hands-on, mechanically-minded Pool Technician to join our growing team. This role focuses on repairing, troubleshooting, and installing pool equipment—including pumps, filters, heaters, automation systems, and salt systems from top brands like Pentair, Hayward, and Jandy.

If you know your way around pool systems (or are eager to learn), enjoy working outdoors, and take pride in doing quality work, this might be the perfect fit.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and repair pool equipment issues (pumps, filters, heaters, etc.)
• Install new pool equipment (automation systems, salt systems, lighting, etc.)
• Work with Pentair, Hayward, and Jandy systems regularly
• Perform inspections and recommend upgrades or repairs
• Communicate with customers in a professional, respectful way
• Keep work vehicles stocked, organized, and clean
• Document work performed and parts used

What We’re Looking For

• Experience with pool equipment installation and repairs (1+ years preferred)
• Familiarity with Pentair, Hayward, and Jandy systems
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
