You’ll start as a paid intern so we can see your skills in action, with the goal of moving into a full-time role quickly if it’s a great fit. We need someone who’s not just “familiar” with Facebook ads—but fluent. Someone who understands how to dial in targeting, write effective ad copy, test creatives, track metrics, and scale what works. Roofing experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll teach you the industry if you bring the ad skills.

• Build, manage, and optimize Facebook/Meta ad campaigns to generate roofing leads
• Create and test ads on platforms like TikTok, YouTube, and Google Ads
• Analyze performance data and constantly tweak campaigns to improve results
• Work closely with our creative team to brainstorm, build, and launch ad content
• Stay on top of trends, platform changes, and what’s working in digital ads
• Help us grow our brand presence online and attract more homeowners
• Create metric reports and present them in weekly team meetings

• 2+ years of experience in marketing/schooling or similar role.
• Strong experience running Facebook/Meta ads (bonus if you’ve done local lead gen)
• Comfortable with Google Ads, TikTok, or YouTube campaigns
• Knows how to read the numbers (CTR, CPL, ROAS, etc.) and make smart decisions from them
• Self-starter who’s excited to grow with a team and company
• Creative thinker with a drive to constantly improve and test new ideas
• Team player who’s fun to work with, communicates well, and loves a challenge
• Fast learner with a passion for digital marketing
• Bonus if you’ve worked in home services, roofing, or local lead gen
