Mental Health Therapist (Master's Level) - Hybrid Schedule (if needed)

Job Type: Full-Time, Hybrid (Telehealth & In-Office), Evenings and Saturday Schedule Available

Position Overview: We are seeking passionate, licensed (or license-eligible) mental health therapists (Master's and Doctoral-level clinicians) to join our growing practice. While we are looking for licensed therapists, therapists who are working toward licensure and interns are highly encouraged to apply. Supervision toward licensure and support with insurance credentialing will be provided if needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide therapy services to individuals, couples, families, and/or groups.
• Provide Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy if interested.
• Develop and provide niche programming.
• Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Utilize Simple Practice to document services, monitor client progress, and maintain records.
• Refer clients to additional resources as needed.
• Engage in regular collaboration and case consultation with team members.

Qualifications:

• Active Utah license (CMHC, LCSW, etc) or currently working toward licensure.
• Enrolled in a graduate level program in social work or counseling and enrolled in an internship course.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to compassionate, evidence-based care.
• Experience with electronic health records (Simple Practice preferred).
• Ability to effectively engage and build rapport with diverse client populations.
