What You Get:

• $15–$20/hr starting hourly pay
• Commission Plan: $ per contract sign & claim filed

What You’ll Do:

• Canvass neighborhoods after storms and during peak seasons
• Perform roof inspections and document damage
• Educate homeowners on the claims process
• Deliver quotes, contracts, and updates to clients
• Track time and report activity through our system
• Work flexible hours—you control your schedule!

Minimum Expectations:

• 10 customer contacts per week
• 5 inspections completed weekly
• 3 roof replacement contracts per month
• Follow up with all leads within 24 hours
• Maintain professionalism and strong communication skills

Experience That Helps (But Not Required):

• Roofing, solar, or construction sales
• Door-to-door sales
• Insurance claims knowledge
• CRM familiarity (Company Cam, Roofr)
