· Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
· Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
· Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
Qualifications and Requirements:
· Computer literacy and familiarity with various computer programs such as MS Office
· Professional Phone Skills
· Attention to detail
· Knowledge of grammar and punctuation
· Ability to work to time constraints
· Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed and upset
· Comfortable using computers
· Experience working with customer support
· MUST BE Bi-lingual (English & Spanish)
