• Comfortable in talking to existing and prospective clients about their Health Coverage needs
• Engage in warm calling efforts to follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns- No cold calls.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent customer service.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with market trends.
• Utilize software tools for tracking sales activities, managing customer information, and reporting on performance metrics.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance sales skills.

• Proficient in English with excellent verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or business development is preferred.
• Ability to effectively market products and services to potential clients.
• Experience with outbound calling techniques, including warm calling strategies.
• Familiarity with relevant software applications for sales tracking and customer management.
