Northern Exteriors is A Utah based Exterior Company, Specializing in Roofing, Siding, Decking, Soffit, Fascia, Gutters and Gutters Guards. We are looking to add to our growing team. Estimator/Sales Position is a full time position. Leads will be primarily generated by the company 10% self generated leads will be expected. Basic knowledge of Exterior Construction is preferred.

We’re looking for a results-driven Exteriors sales representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.
*Responsibilities*
*Present, promote and sell Northern Exteriors using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
*Show up to scheduled appointments on time
*Listen to Homeowners needs
*Inspection of property with photos
*Draw out home with measurements
*maintain contact with Homeowner throughout process
*Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
*Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
*Reach out to customer leads given by the company as well as bring in new business, self generated.
*Create and send over detailed estimates in a timely manner once initial appointment is completed.
*Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
*Achieve sales targets and outcomes within schedule
*Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
*Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
*Oversee Project during build
*Perform Final walkthrough once project is completed
*Continuously improve through feedback
*Skills*
*Proven work experience as a sales representative
*Excellent knowledge of Exteriors/ Construction
*Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
*Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
*Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
*Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
*Relationship management skills and Openness to feedback
*Reliable Transportation
Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
