Cooper Con is a rapidly expanding company that offers many growth opportunities. We specialize in Subdivision Developments, Residential Foundation Digs and Commercial Projects. We have immediate job openings for reliable and hardworking Foreman and Crew Leads to join our team.

• Foreman/Crew Leads who can bring crews with them or hire crews around them, manage the daily field operations of small to large commercial projects and residential subdivision developments. Foreman must be able to log daily activities, manage crews hours and performance, manage quality control, read and understand field staking and construction plans and efficiently operate heavy equipment and direct pipe installations. Must have management experience
• Operate heavy machinery and equipment such as excavators, loaders, and skid steers. 
• Work alongside our team to do excavation and site preparation work in accordance with project plans and specifications.
• Install and repair water, sewer, and stormwater systems.
• Follow safety regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
• Maintain equipment and tools.

• Safety Training is valued but not necessary as we provide on site training
• Experience with Heavy Jobs is valued 
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Experience preferred but will train the right candidate
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Flexibility to work occasional Saturdays
• Positive attitude and team mentality
• Bilingual is valued but not required (Spanish)
• Management positions must have 5-10 years experience
