Licensed Therapist (Private Practice)

Location: A1 Alliance Counseling Services – Riverdale, Utah

Job Type: Full-time or Part-time

Pay Range: $80,000–$140,000 per year (based on full- or part-time status, caseload, and schedule)

Schedule: Choose your own hours

A1 Alliance Counseling Services is seeking fully licensed therapists who are interested in private practice clinical work under our organizational umbrella. We are a thriving mental health practice committed to providing compassionate, comprehensive care to clients of all ages. Over the past few years, we've grown from four to nine therapists—and we’re ready to welcome one or two more to our team.

What’s Included in Overhead:

• Furnished private office space (or bring your own furniture if preferred)

• Two large group therapy rooms

• Office staff support (scheduling, billing)

• Internet, copier, and supplies

• Janitorial/cleaning services

• General office amenities

Responsibilities:

• Conducting client assessments and diagnoses

• Developing and implementing treatment plans

• Establishing therapeutic relationships

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Providing high-quality care to help clients lead healthier, happier lives

Requirements:

• Fully licensed in the state of Utah (e.g., LCSW, CMHC, LMFT, etc.)

• Ability to work independently within a private practice model

• Strong clinical skills and a passion for client-centered care
