• Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer comfort needs
• Present tailored heating and air conditioning solutions
• Explain financing options in a clear, confident way
• Follow up on sales leads and customer inquiries
• Deliver a world-class customer experience at every step

• Proven success in sales 
• 1-2 years of HVAC experience
• Ability to perform manual J sizing calculations
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Passionate about helping people
• Willingness to learn our proven sales process
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Must pass a background check and drug screen
