The Role

As a Float Consultant, you’ll be responsible for guiding guests through their entire float experience—from check-in to checkout. You’ll help create a calm, clean, and professional environment while educating guests on floating, membership options, and spa amenities.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service from arrival through checkout
• Educate guests about float therapy, spa policies, and available memberships
• Prepare float rooms before and after sessions (cleaning, resetting, etc.)
• Maintain spa cleanliness and stock essential supplies
• Respond to guest concerns in real time with professionalism and empathy
• Assist with basic administrative tasks (booking, waivers, point-of-sale)
• Represent the brand and contribute to a relaxing and welcoming environment

Requirements

• Friendly, professional, and reliable
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Available evenings and weekends (including Sundays)
• Able to lift 30–40 lbs and perform light physical work
• Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
• Interest in wellness, mindfulness, or alternative therapies a plus
