Position: Collections Admin Location: Midvale Employment Type: Full-time

Experience: Preferred but not 

• Contact clients regarding outstanding invoices in a professional and respectful manner
• Work with customers to establish payment arrangements when necessary
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve disputes and ensure smooth collection processes
• Provide excellent customer service while upholding company policies
• Work with insurance adjusters and our clients on their insurance claims

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Able to handle sensitive situations with professionalism
• Previous collections or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company
