Position Summary

We are hiring a reliable, hands-on Sign Installer to join our growing team. This role involves installing various types of signage locally and regionally at commercial job sites. The ideal candidate is comfortable working at heights, with tools and equipment, and values working with a team that takes pride in doing things right.

Compensation

Starting Pay: $18–$25 per hour, based on experience and skill level

Travel Premium: 15% additional pay for hours worked during overnight travel

Per Diem: Daily per diem provided when traveling to cover food and expenses

Overtime and advancement opportunities are available based on performance

Key Responsibilities

Install signage of various types: vinyl graphics, ADA signs, channel letters, monument

signs, and more

Operate trucks, trailers, lifts (including up to 65’ boom lifts), and other job site equipment

Follow safety procedures, site plans, and installation instructions

Represent the company professionally on job sites and with clients

Travel for installations, sometimes requiring overnight stays (1–2 weeks/month,

depending on project)

Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles in good working order

Complete documentation including photos, notes, and job completion checklists

Skills and Qualifications

Experience in sign installation, construction, electrical, or related fields is preferred

Familiarity with hand and power tools

Comfortable working at heights, on ladders, and in outdoor conditions year-round

Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required (CDL is a plus)

Forklift or aerial lift experience/certification is a plus (training provided if needed)

Must be able to travel for work when needed, with a willingness to stay overnight
