Job Title: Personal Assistant (Social Media, Website, Photography & Property Staging)

Location: Salt Lake City

Schedule: Flexible, 3–4 Days/Week | Primary Hours: 10 AM – 4:00 PM

Compensation: $18 / Part -Time 20 hours per week

About Us:

We’re a growing In-House Services company focused on professional presentation, organization, and digital marketing. We’re currently seeking a multi-talented Personal Assistant to support both our digital and on-site operations. This is an ideal role for someone who’s organized, creative, and enjoys a mix of independent work, design, and light staging at a umber of our Airbnb listings. Great for any photographer that wanted to get their foot in the door of property photography.

Position Overview:

This hybrid role blends digital content, photography, and administrative tasks with hands-on property staging. You’ll assist with:

  • Social media management and website updates
  • Photography of staged spaces and promotional content
  • Flyer design for digital and print marketing
  • On-site post-cleaning check-offs and staging tasks
  • Following checklist

Responsibilities:

Digital & Creative Tasks:

  • Create and schedule engaging social media content (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
  • Update and maintain website (using Wix)
  • Take high-quality photos of finished spaces for listings and social media
  • Design flyers using Canva or similar tools for print and digital promotion
  • Support general branding and administrative tasks

Staging & On-Site Check-Offs:

  • Conduct property walkthroughs after cleanings using a provided checklist
  • Stage spaces with care and attention to detail, including:
  • Beds neatly made, duvets inspected
  • Towels folded and staged on beds or hung in bathrooms
  • Kitchen towels displayed, extra paper towel stored under sink
  • 3 toilet paper rolls per bathroom
  • Shampoo/conditioner topped off (note any low items)
  • Hang washed fitted sheets; note low supply levels
  • Organize closets, under sinks, and bathrooms; upload photos
  • Complete inventory count of key supplies (e.g. soaps, paper goods, cleaners)
  • Remove trash and replace liners
  • Upload finished staging photos (including under beds)
  • Final walkthrough to tidy, place decorative items, and check for missing details
  • Ensure linens are dry before folding/storing

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Social media content creation and scheduling experience
  • Familiarity with website builders like Wix
  • Photography skills (interior/lifestyle shots preferred)
  • Design skills using Canva or similar tools
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational habits
  • Reliable transportation for local property visits
  • Professional demeanor and ability to work independently
