Sunset Apparel is offering a full-time position with room for growth. Some experience with screen printing would be prefered but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates enthusiasm and a strong work ethic. We are looking for a self-motivated individual to be cross trained in multiple areas, including:

• Screen printing, from pre-press to post-press

• Working on both an automatic press as well as a manual press

• Screen production, including screen meshes, screen coating, burning (dark room procedures, exposure), and reclaiming screens

• Printing quality control – Must have great attention to detail!

• Pulling, counting, and boxing finished products

• Mixing inks according to PMS colors

• Capable of keeping work area clean and maintain an accurate count of production supplies and inventory

• Work with heat transfer machines

• Shipping and Receiving

Successful candidates must have:

• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift/move up to 50 lbs.

• Must be honest, hardworking, with exceptional attention to detail

• Producing the highest quality work to meet our standards is a must!

• Strong time management and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently, or collaboratively as a team, with a positive attitude

• Able to follow directions, and willing to help in other areas of the shop, as needed

• Must have reliable transportation, good personal hygiene (presentable to customers), be punctual and have good attendance

• Willing to learn new techniques in the screen printing industry
