We are seeking a skilled and motivated **Arborist / Tree Crew Lead** to join our team. This position is ideal for a knowledgeable professional who can lead a 1–3 person crew in performing a wide range of tree care services. * Lead and work alongside a crew on residential and commercial tree care jobs

* Perform typical arborist duties, including pruning, removals, and stump grinding

* Operate and maintain equipment such as chainsaws, chippers, trucks, and bucket lifts

* Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently according to industry standards

* Communicate clearly with clients and team members

* Assist in job site planning and cleanup

* Proven experience in tree care and leading small crews (1–3 people)

* Comfortable operating trucks, trailers, and bucket lifts

* Strong understanding of proper pruning techniques, rigging, and tree removal

* Physically fit and able to work in all weather conditions

Preferred Qualifications (not required):

* Class B CDL

* ISA Certified Arborist

* Bilingual (English/Spanish)
