Coordinate job schedules, material orders, and communication between field crews and office
Track and organize project documents (RFIs, submittals, permits, etc.)
Create and manage spreadsheets, project folders, and billing records
Assist with timecard tracking and payroll preparation
Communicate with general contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
Provide general administrative support to keep the office running efficiently
Experience in construction, project coordination, or office admin preferred
Strong organization and follow-through
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Comfortable learning new systems and working independently
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
Positive attitude and a willingness to take initiative
