Job Summary:

Got Dirt Construction is currently hiring hardworking and dependable Concrete Laborers to assist with various concrete construction tasks. This is a hands-on position ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work, being outdoors, and working as part of a team. No prior experience is required—just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in setting up and removing concrete forms
• Help with pouring, spreading, and leveling concrete
• Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment
• Clean and prepare job sites for concrete pours
• Use hand and power tools as directed
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
• Support concrete finishers and other crew members as needed

Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Punctual, reliable, and able to follow directions
• Basic understanding of construction tools and safety is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
• Prior construction or concrete experience is a plus but not required
