Diamond Ridge Construction is hiring Acoustical Ceiling Installers at all skill levels. Whether you're an experienced tradesperson or someone looking to break into the construction field, we want to hear from you. We offer competitive pay, steady work, and on-the-job training for those just getting started. Pay will increase as skills increase.

• Install suspended (drop) ceilings, including T-bar grid systems and acoustic tiles
• Read and interpret blueprints and layout plans (training provided if needed)
• Cut and fit ceiling tiles around lights, pipes, and other obstructions
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Maintain a clean and safe worksite
• Work as part of a team to complete projects on time and to quality standards

Experienced Installers:

• Proven experience in installing acoustical ceiling systems
• Ability to work independently or lead a small team
• Familiarity with commercial or residential construction projects

Entry-Level Candidates:

• No experience required — just a willingness to learn
• Must be dependable, motivated, and ready to work
• Comfortable working on ladders and using basic tools (we’ll train you)

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation to and from job sites
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
• OSHA certification a plus (but not required)
• Ability to pass a background check
