Life Stone is a compassionate and client-centered mental health practice serving individuals, couples, and families throughout Utah. Our American Fork office is a close-knit, well-established location with a steady caseload and dedicated administrative support.

We are seeking a licensed therapist (associate or fully- licensed) to join our American Fork team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a supportive, flexible, and growth-oriented environment. Ideal candidates are passionate about providing high-quality therapy, value autonomy within a collaborative team, and are eager to help clients heal, grow, and thrive.

• Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy to a diverse clientele
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation (progress notes, treatment plans, assessments)
• Participate in case consultation and staff collaboration as needed
• Communicate professionally with clients, families, and internal teams
• Follow ethical guidelines and maintain licensure requirements
• Optionally engage in specialized modalities (e.g., EMDR, play therapy, IFS)

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy
• Active Utah license as an LCSW, CSW, CMHC, ACMHC, LMFT, or equivalent
• Experience with or interest in treating trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, or relationship challenges
• Strong interpersonal skills and clinical judgment
• Willingness to build and maintain a caseload (with lots of administrative support)

Schedule & Caseload:

• In-person hours at our American Fork office required
• Build a caseload at your pace- average 30 sessions per week for full-time
