Full-Time Sales Rep & Foreman Positions

Wages range between $25-$40 per hour.  Sales reps also get commission

Sign-on Bonus for New Employees:

$200 after 30 Days 

$250 after 90 Days 

$300 after 6 Months

Safety: Learning, understanding, & adhering to ALL safety rules and policies-

• Personal Protective Equipment is worn at all times in work zones.  (Chaps, Helmets, Eye protection, Ear protection, Gloves, & Footwear)
• Implementing work zone safety procedures: Safely using appropriate gear & observing safety protocols: PPE ALWAYS, Chipper Safety, Cone Safety, and Tapering, Saw Safety. 
• Performing/Assisting in driving, backing, dumping, and parking duties.

Communication: 

• Be able to Follow Directions and Perform Tasks as directed by the Arborist Crew Leader and Managers 
• Assist in HouseCall Pro tasks as directed

Work:

• Safely performing all aspects of Arboriculture, including Pruning, Cabling and Bracing, Rigging, and Removals from ground, when climbing and in aerial lift duties.
• Properly maintaining and operating equipment (Hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, and aerial lifts)

• Experience in Arboriculture/Garden Centers and Sales Industry
• At least one (1) year of tree climbing (DRT or SRT) and aerial lift operation experience in the tree care industry
