• Assist work Party Chairman and club member with member work hour requirements/ receipts
• Assist Work Party and Property/Panning Co-chairs when needed.
• Once a week Drain the sand Filter in the pump house.
• Must Maintain a running vehicle to do minor errands. Filling club gas containers and club supplies.
• Maintain and order or purchase as needed: cleaning supplies, propane for tanks, gas for mowers and ice for ice freezer
• Launder the clubhouse linen after club activities and club house rental.
• Weed and Pest Control to include: read and understand Safety Data Sheets, safely mix and apply chemicals to control the eradicate weed, insects and other pests on the property.
• Must live on site in the non-smoking 2-bedroom 1 bath house
• The resident will be required to maintain a clean and orderly residence and yard; this property is subject to inspection by board members.
• A drug test will be required upon request
• Possession of a valid Utah Driver's License or ability to obtain one in 30 days. Responsible to main personal liability insurance.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to life up to 40 pounds unassisted.
• Ability to work with a diverse public, and present a good public image.
• Must be self-managed, understand and follow verbal instruction with minimal supervision.
