Job Summary/Basic Function:
With training and ongoing support, the Graduate Studies and International Admissions Coordinator will collaborate in the development of the Graduate Studies and International Admissions CRM system. This person will assist and eventually lead the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the Slate CRM platform, currently being adopted for Graduate and International Studies. Following the initial implementation, the Coordinator will provide continued support for system operations and contribute to future CRM adoption initiatives across the institution.
This position is be eligible for remote work, in accordance with University policies and departmental needs, but requires Utah residency.
Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• One year of full-time employment experience in academic advisement, registration, admissions, financial aid, student services, enrollment services, CRM support, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
Preferred:
• Familiarity with SLATE or other CRM systems.
• Systems training or integration experience, including system administration, troubleshooting, and user support.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and integrity in handling sensitive information
