Gal’s Garage is a premier manufacturer of barn doors and custom cabinetry, proudly serving homeowners and Utah’s largest home builders regularly featured in the Parade of Homes. We’re looking for a motivated team member to join our install crew based out of our Kaysville shop.

In this role, you’ll help deliver, assemble, and install cabinetry and barn doors in homes throughout Davis, Weber, Salt Lake, and Utah Counties. If you take pride in hands-on work, enjoy a variety of job sites, and value working with a solid team—this is a great opportunity.

• Delivery Support: Assist with the safe loading, transport, and delivery of ready-to-assemble (RTA) products and installation materials.
• Product Assembly: Help assemble cabinets, barn doors, and other products in the shop or on-site as needed.
• Installation Assistance: Support the installation of cabinetry, barn doors, and hardware in customers’ homes, ensuring accuracy and a clean finish.
• Shop Maintenance & Safety: Contribute to keeping the shop clean, organized, and in good working order; follow all safety protocols and assist with tool and equipment upkeep.

• Quick Learner & Self-Starter: You adapt quickly, take initiative, and take pride in owning your work from start to finish.
• Detail-Oriented: You have a sharp eye for quality, catch issues early, and ensure every project meets a high standard of fit and finish.
• Physically Capable: Able to lift up to 40 lbs regularly and remain active on your feet throughout the workday.
• Team Player with a Positive Attitude: You communicate clearly, support your coworkers, and stay focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic Carpentry Skills: Comfortable with measuring, reading instructions, and using hand and power tools (e.g., drills, saws, nailers).
• Reliable and Efficient: You show up on time and work with purpose and focus.
• Willing to Learn: No formal experience required—training is provided.
• Screening Requirements: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
