We’re growing—and we’re looking for experienced Sales Reps (ideally with an understanding roofing or construction industry) who are hungry for success and ready to earn uncapped commissions in a dynamic, supportive, and quality-driven environment. What You’ll Do:

• Work warm leads AND generate your own through face-to-face outreach

• Deliver quotes, build trust, and close deal

• Coordinate with our operations team to get jobs rolling fast

• Own your pipeline from lead to install, with support every step of the way

• Review material orders for accuracy and submit to purchasing

• Ensure necessary documentation is in order while working with Superintendents to schedule job start dates

• Abide by all sales policies and guidelines in a professional and productive manner as set forth by the company

• Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

What We’re Looking For:

• Outgoing personality – not afraid to start a conversation or knock a door

• Coachable attitude – we’ll train you, just bring the work ethic

• Strong negotiation skills and a customer-first mindset

• A willingness to be proactive and search out new leads

• Comfortable working evenings/weekends when needed and traveling across multiple job sites

• Valid Utah driver’s license (company vehicle provided)

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Black Slate Partners is a recently formed roofing platform that began with the acquisition of On Top Roofing (“OTR”), a leading roofing contractor in the Intermountain West.

With a strong reputation built over years of dedicated service providing high-quality, custom roofing solutions to residential and commercial clients, OTR is now positioned for significant growth. Black Slate Partners was formed to create a leading roofing provider across the select geographies in the intermountain region. The company’s revenue goal is at least $200M over the next few years. The platform will focus on expanding its capabilities and revenue across the repair and reroof segments of the market.

To begin executing on that initiative, Black Slate Partners acquired Valley View Roofing (“VVR”) in April 2024 to add new capabilities and a greater Salt Lake City presence to the company. The company is poised for rapid growth in this essential home service.
