We’re growing—and we’re looking for experienced Roofing Sales Reps (or adjacent field pros) who are hungry for success and ready to earn uncapped commissions in a dynamic, supportive, and quality-driven environment. What You’ll Do:

-Work with warm inbound leads, and proactively generate new leads, delivering prompt estimates and building trust from day one

-Coordinate with our internal teams to ensure smooth job planning, permitting, and execution

-Conduct site visits, oversee job logistics, and manage customer expectations with professionalism and ease

-Review material orders for accuracy and submit to purchasing

-Collaborate with estimators, superintendents, and suppliers to keep projects on track and customers happy

-Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

What You Bring:

-5–10+ years of residential roofing sales preferred (or install experience in a related field)

-A proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales goals

-Strong negotiation skills and a customer-first mindset

-B2B or outside sales experience is a strong plus

-Comfortable working evenings/weekends when needed and traveling across multiple job sites

-Valid Utah driver’s license (company vehicle provided)

-Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
