• Go door-to-door offering residential window cleaning services
• Educate homeowners on Alta Cleaning’s offerings and promotions
• Schedule appointments and collect basic customer info
• Meet daily/weekly sales goals
• Represent the brand with a clean, professional appearance
• Track leads and follow up with interested customers
• Attend paid training and team meetings
• Work independently while staying accountable

• Ages 16–21 preferred (must be 16+)
• Positive, outgoing, and confident communicator
• Strong work ethic and self-motivation
• Reliable transportation (to work in assigned neighborhoods)
• No sales experience required — we provide training
• Must be coachable and goal-oriented
• Able to work outdoors and walk for extended periods
• Available at least 15–40 hours/week
