Fullmer Greenscapes is a growing construction company specializing in demo work, landscaping, and general construction labor. We work hard, stay prepared, and value strong team players ready to show up and work. We do JOBS ALL OVER THE UTAH VALLEY.

‍️ Job Details:
    •    Position: Labor Technician / Crew Lead (Part-Time)
    •    Job Type: On-call/part-time, with potential for full-time
    •    Schedule: Jobs are scheduled weekly — you’ll be notified 3 days in advance
    •    Work Environment: Outdoor job sites, hot summer days, physical labor

️ Work Includes:
    •    General construction & demolition labor
    •    Use of jackhammers, sledgehammers, wheelbarrows, etc.
    •    Occasional landscape & maintenance work
    •    Operating small equipment (a plus, not required)

Requirements:
    •    1–3 years experience in construction or landscape work
    •    Reliable transportation
    •    Willingness to work hard in physically demanding conditions
    •    Positive attitude & team mindset
    •    Leadership skills a plus (for crew leads)
Pay:
    •    $18–$26/hour, based on experience & role
    •    Paid lunch every workday
